We deliver New Zealand & Australia wide.
NZ - within 5 working days NZ wide.
Australia - 7-15 working days Aus wide (Some items excluded due to fragile nature or size - please check before ordering)

FLAT DELIVERY RATES PER ORDER:
Auckland - $10.50
North Island (Non-Auckland) - $17.50
South Island - $24
Australia - $65 PER PARCEL (excludes any local taxes/duties) POA for larger orders.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards via our online check-out. LayBuy (see below) is also available and can be selected as your preferred payment method at check-out.
We can provide an invoice should bank transfer be your preferred payment method - simply email your order to info@curatedbotanics.com
Our pricing includes GST. Shipping is additional, as per the rates shown above.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We are confident that you will adore your faux flower arrangement however if you are not completely happy, we offer a full refund (excluding freight) or exchange within 7 days of purchase. (Note: international orders cannot be returned)
Please Note:

you have to cover the cost of returning and the initial freight charge is not refundable.

The arrangement must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
To return your product, simply email info@curatedbotanics.com to advise and we will reply with return details.
REFUNDS
On receiving the arrangement (in good order) we will email you to confirm and will arrange the refund via your original method of payment. The time it takes to show will depend on card issuer.
